MATT WRIGHT - PAINTING

Matt Wright’s paintings are a response to personal interactions with landscape and different environments. The environments themselves reflect non-organised, undetermined spaces. The paintings’ composition is often obscured by marks and use of colour that lead them toward abstraction and away from anything that is truly representational.
